My 3 year old grandson came down asking for my help because the boys who still had their shoes on and carrying around drinks in the top of the play area, were being mean. It was filthy and there was no supervision. Horrible place!!

Fair price to pay for dependability. However, there is a sunny side: the limited edition collector stuff and new menu items they throw at you from time to time. So it's never stale.
