The other two are fast & friendly, this one’s always 3x or 4x wait and the staff is far less attentive than the 31 location or the front st location. I’m not sure how there’s such a consistent difference between this location and the others. Their operation should be reviewed by the regional manager and/or franchise operator

Called them immediately to get a refund, you could tell they deal with this problem quite often. This is not the first time this has happened to us at this location. I wonder how many people just say no biggy and this location is just raking in the money from food they do not give to the people who ordered. Beyond disappointed and would like to chat with corporate about the management of this location. I'm all done ordering food from here.

I told myself 6 months ago I would stop going to this store after so many failed orders and the managers husband (she said so) ripping joints in the parking lot. Today, I tried again against my better judgment.. lo and behold I was wrong. No weed smoke but a wrong sandwich yet again. Between the still high prices and clear lack of care, this is the last McDonald’s I’ll ever go to, period. Thanks for all the disappointment the last couple years. -Former McDonalds employee
