  The young lady at the counter with a facial piercing needs to slow down, and learn to count back cash! My order came to $11.23 I gave her $15.23 and she stated she didn’t know how to do math, and than proceeded to use her calculator than hand me back $3 and some change, when I explained to her the total I should be getting back is $4 and even showed her myself on my calculator. Other than that I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve never had to write a review like this either.

  Thank you for helping TC West HS Men’s Soccer Team with sandwiches and chips! It’s a big order and they have been gracious with communication, fixing order changes and giving us great food for the them. We appreciate your support and hard work to make it happen. My own family grabs sandwiches from there and is always fast, friendly, and delicious. Thanks for everything!

  Stopped in for a turkey tom and was in and out in under 3 minutes! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the bread was fresh, and everything tasted amazing.

  Update as of 8/8: So I'm updating this review because the manager reached out and gave a credit and was super helpful. My beef is now exclusively with Doordash who refused to correct this even though they were the only ones who could. Like I said, mistakes happen and if I hadn't been having a pretty crappy day already, I would've found the situation pretty funny lol I appreciate the quick response from JJs! I'll be ordering through the app or by phone in future! Original review: They forgot the bacon in my BLT... One of 3 named ingredients in the entire damn sandwich and they forgot it lol I understand mistakes happen but when I tried to resolve this with Doordash, I was only given back half the amount of the $20 GIANT BLT minus the B. The restaurant just said to work with Doordash so now I'm out $10 because someone else screwed up? Also added things to my chicken caesar wrap that I didn't ask for. Just a mess overall. Won't be ordering this way again, for sure.
