It's unfortunate that this location has consistency-in horrible customer service. There is a girl with short blond hair and glasses, that clearly hates her job. She argues and is always rude. Literally every time. And when you consistently get the incorrect drink handed to you and when you point out it's absolutely wrong and she fights you: It makes me reconsider insisting that it be corrected. She's got the attitude that if you made her remake it, you'd be dealing with a fight club situation with your drink. And dumb me, because I just come back over and over, ... someday I'll stop though because I sit here at the start of my night shift sipping hopefully an incorrect oatmilk latte.. because I'm lactose intolerant and she has already been caught giving me regular milk in the past. Lovely. Isn't this a crime...?

They mess up orders all the time and WILL NOT REFUND IF THEY DO! Unbelievable.. Trash management. Can't even get a hold of anyone on phone to tell them they messed up.

They mess up your orders a lot and if you don't realize it before you leave , they will not give you a refund... Ordered a pumpkin latte, they gave me an ice non pumpkin coffee . I didn't notice till after I left . Try to call four different numbers and couldn't get through to anybody. So I came in the next day to explain my situation and they said there's nothing they will do for me.. Unbelievable. $6 coffees and if they mess up , you lose!

Absolutely terrible experience at this 6 Brew. The worker Anarial was incredibly rude and unprofessional from start to finish. She got our drink wrong and then made us pay for a new one, which makes absolutely no sense. Instead of speaking to us directly, she had another worker come tell us—clearly avoiding responsibility. On top of that, she was cussing at us, using words like “bullshit,” which is completely unacceptable from anyone representing a business. I’ve never experienced such disrespectful customer service anywhere. I will not be coming back to this location. Management seriously needs to address this behavior. We are traveling from a different state so we have been here for the past couple days and every single day. She has been super rude and disrespectful.
