  Lake was so very kind to me today. My card wouldn't work for some reason and I was embarrassed and about to drive away BUT Lake was so awesome and paid for my sugar free cookie latte! Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated!! : )

  I have never ever had a poor or even basic experience at the S. Airport location! I'm not even kidding when I say every single barista is always kind and it feels genuine. We get coffee ALOT and most of the Brew Crew already know our order. I definitely need to learn everyone's given name because I do have nicknames for every one. The Manager with the sweet arm tattoo (I do know is Violet), Slim Shady, Dope Haircut, Silver...all of them given with a deep love and appreciation for everything they do. They stand in all sorts of weather and are constantly moving and they do it with smiles! Receiving 'good' customer service is hard to come by these days, this specific crew has brought a whole new meaning to providing an excellent experience for the 2 minutes you are in line. 10k stars!!!

  The people at this location are so amazing! I go there so much most of them know my order without me having to say it :D Everyone is so sweet just like my strawberry cocoa! Especially tonight! I love these girls. Thank you Lillian, Sarah, and Bridget for bringing a smile to my very long day!!!!!

  Lillian made this visit stand out in the best way. This is already one of my favorite stops before or between shifts, but her energy took it to another level. She was genuinely bright, welcoming, and ready to serve. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. As a business owner myself, I do not say this lightly. Lillian is the kind of employee you want to keep around and truly appreciate. She creates a great experience naturally, represents the business well, and makes customers want to come back. She is a true asset and it shows. Management, I hope you recognize what you have in her. Employees like Lillian are rare, and she deserves to be valued.
