    I’d give zero stars if I could. Negative stars. Worst experience ever. I paid almost $100 for food that I never received, and came home an hour and a half later to a house full of hungry kids empty-handed. I placed a large order through the mobile app at 11:01. Arrived at 11:15. Parked by the mobile orders parking spot, but went inside to help carry the 9 Baja blasts, 3 taco party packs, and large bag of vegetarian food. At 11:20 my app told me my order was ready, but no one came out or placed anything on the mobile food cart. Customers came in ordered on the kiosk and got their food. One lady had three orders and was served within 10 minutes. I assumed it was because my order was so large and tried to continue to be patient. At 11:40 I was finally able to get the attention of one of the workers and asked about the status of my order… he said that they were backed up and it would be a while. Meanwhile, I was watching as orders were continued to be filled through the drive-through. So I go out and get in my car and go through the drive-through myself. When I get to the speaker and say my name, I am told there is no order for me. In my confusion, I asked “what do you mean?” and was told that they filled that order a long time ago and they cannot do it twice. I simply said OK then I’ll take my order. And he rudely told me that they don’t have it. I explained that I already paid for this food, and had waited an hour, and he continued to tell me that it was not on his screen, and then he had four screens of DoorDash and that he could not help me. I asked if I could place the order again… figured I would handle getting reimbursed for the double payment the next day. But he refused to take a second order from me. When I drove to the counter and basically begged through tears for them to please fulfill my order because I had prom kids at my house waiting, he told me I was a problem and had to leave. So now I’m waiting for customer service to contact me through the complaint that I filed on the app for a refund for the money for the food that I never received. Absolutely disgraceful… I’ve worked in food service before and he had several solutions to fix the problem of my missing order. They had four employees (I can give detailed descriptions from watching them work for 60 minutes) working and not a single one could be bothered to step in and help. If this is how Taco Bell allows employees to treat their customers, I won’t be back.

    This is the worst place I’ve ever been. I’ve been here multiple times in the morning when nobody will even answer or let you order and there’s a black truck in the parking lot in a silver car. I’ve literally went through the drive-through twice. You could see the people standing in there, but they just ignore you and won’t let you order because they don’t wanna work then I go through there this morning and I get a breakfast crunch wrap with steak every time that’s the only thing I eat and you could tell by the way to the bag that something’s not right so I back up there and when I go to show them the super small crunch it’s freezing cold. They literally didn’t even put it in the stupid oven thing. The lady said oh here, I’ll take it back, which I know legally you’re not supposed to. She took it through the window and you could tell they heated up the same exact one and handed it back to me which I complained. It was super small. There was literally nothing there and then they legally took food back through the drive-through window. He did it up and handed it back to me. This place is a complete joke. They have horrible staff that needs to be fired. I can tell you right now I will never in my life go to this restaurant again pay $6.35 for one dollar worth of food and then who knows what they did to my food when I handed it back to them and they gave it back to me again this place should be shut down for doing service like this again. It’s illegal to take anything back through the drive-through window clearly these people haven’t had training and then did not answer the drive-through at all and refused to let people order. This place is just a joke. Also, I never even received a receipt manager should definitely watch the camera and fire this person that was working there this morning both people because clearly they did not do their job. I guarantee you they didn’t weigh the meat and the eggs and whatever else they’re supposed to give because it was the smallest crunch I’ve ever seen in my life.

    When you have to argue with the "manager" that you put your order in CORRECTLY - as it shows on the receipt - and she purposely makes it wrong TWICE just to be rude! I got a refund because she clearly didn't care if she ever took care of the problem or not! Just close this location! All they want to do is fight with customers and sneak out to smoke weed in the parking lot.
