Seems like everytime i go here now something is always wrong. Went there today and got a daily double meal deal and my nuggets werent nuggets, they gave me a side of Mac sauce smh...went 2 nights ago and got a double cheeseburger mean deal and a mccrispy chicken deluxe meal, and my chicken looked and tasted like rubber. What chicken there was..it was basically bread. Also all my toppings were in the sandwich box beside my bread and chicken instead of on it.

I stopped last night stood in line while it seemed there was a family reunion at counter so after 10mins I used kiosk to order a dbl quarter pounder with large fry to go. I waited another 25 mins for food so it took 35mins to finally walk out with food. I was told they had to cook it fresh because it was special order. I didn’t change burger ingredients. They had burgers cooked but wouldn’t use them and all were talking/playing around. This has to be the poorest run McDonald’s I’ve ever stopped at. Don’t stop here!!

Absolutely appalled by McDonald's tonight! Ordered through the app for curbside at 7:28p.m. Received our order at 8p.m. with missing items. Not unusual but I was upset because we paid for the Grinch meals and didn't receive our boxes. Sent hubby in to rectify the situation and walked into a disgusting lobby and music blaring behind the counter. He asked to speak to a manager and a teenager approached him rudely, threw the socks at him and said we're busy! We called to speak to the manager and were told they cannot refund us for even a portion of what was missing but we could drive back in and they'll fix our order. We live 15 minutes away. She stated over and over again she was the manager but I know only managers can refund meals. I've been in before when they've only had 2 people working and had food ready faster than this and better customer service. I get fast food gets crazy but tonight there was no excuse as there were well over 5 people in the back.

The overflowing trash can should’ve been the first indication of how disgusting this place is. I ordered at the kiosk, used the restroom (where I noticed the trash can), and went back to wait for my food to go. The place was so disgusting. It stunk like pure filth. I watched an employee sweep some trash and food off the floor, behind the counter. They tried to dump the dustpan into an overflowing trash can, spilling more trash on the floor. The trash was stuck in the pan so they used their hands to maneuver the pan into the trash. They put the broom away and immediately started handling food and making frappes, without washing their hands. I immediately asked for a refund and left. Do not go here.
