  I’ve never had a worse experience at a JJs location. It took 15 minutes to get my food from the time I entered the drive thru and my order was just blatantly wrong like they didn’t even read it. Absolutely disgraceful.

  Waited 5 mins to be greeted to "Ill be with you in a moment" waited a few more minutes ask for the new Pizza sandwich combo and a turkey sandwich with only lettuce and cheese. Somehow my total was $38 come to find out I order a turkey tom? And a Slim 4? On top of my 2 original sanwichs. Very upset with my experience.

  i was just there and worse customer service they are very slow at making there food with 5 people behind the counter and they were not going to give me my card back after they ran it before i got my food and they were going to let me leave with out it so yes i had to yell at them i give them a big thumbs down! 👎
