  This is something that happens more than once. I order a spicy potato soft taco because they are cheap and easy. I asked for extra potato……3 potato chunks is what I received on the whole taco???? This happens way more than one time. You guys are wild, if you don’t have enough pull me forward. Y’all waste people’s money and time.

  I cannot believe what i witnessed tonight, poor mananger lee seemed to be dealing with an incompetent staff. First of all she is the sweetest lady ever I come here often and she makes my experience amazinggg, we waited over 20 minutes for our food because a lady with braids walks off to. Go smokes. Cigarette leaving them behind while making doordash orders and customers food. Lee comes over and is kindly directing the line to keep a smooth flow of the restaurant when this new girl Kaitlin starts screaming at her! I mean yelling. I can go into the details of what was said but throughout all of it manager Lee was calmly trying to redirect her until she absolutely couldn't. It was very sad to see and the other customers around us were like telling Kaitlin to like literally stop. She attempted to play the victim and apologize for "us having to witness that" and telling Lee while handing us our food "why are you even near me right now" and more while the manager was handing her a phone with the higher ups attempting to calm her too, she fully abandoned the line and left to the back to just scream at Lee more. Lee kept her calm and sternly tried to clam her down near the end of it. Literally was so sad to see. Kaitlin wanted to scream about her 3 years of experience but to my knowledge she is literally a new hire and that's just how it goes when you work fast food everyone will give tips and tricks even the most experienced learn something everyday. So with Kaitlin's 3 years of experience you should be able to expect her to handle the pressure of the line in which she couldn't. This isn't my first time seeing Kaitlin with a negative attitude here but I will not tolerate disrespect to such and honest and respectful manager/employees. Every customer inside was uncomfortable, doordash was waiting for food longer than we were and the drive thru wasn't all that busy for the line to be going the way they were. We have ALL of this on camera as well since we had a feeling then saw Kaitlin flipped the script and play victim when she was absolutely screaming at her other team members tonight. I didn't feel right not speaking up and hope to see some positive changes for night shift
