I always get a French Dip and they never send the au jus with it. This is the third time this has happened . How is it so hard to remember the dip in French dip

We ordered our meals and had to get a manager to change the price as it was not posted at the same price that it rang up as. After our meal we ordered two turnovers. The family went to the car as I waited and watched the KDS screen go to red and 10 minutes. The turnovers were sitting in the display case. The counter staff person was kind, friendly, and prompt to help. He also seemed new to the position. Three young staff persons did not help him and ignored the counter. They watched him struggle to know how to drop fries for a guest who came back with cold fries. The young male manager made revolving trips without taking any helpful actions. He even looked at the three drive through KDS (also red) and our to-go KDS (with turnovers sitting directly under the KDS. When he DID make it back to notice I’d been there 10 mins he asked what he could get ordered. I told him I just needed those turnovers. He started giving me excuses instead of just apologizing and getting them. He still didn’t get them. The young counter staff member turned to get them and apologized. There are some great training points in this review and I hope not only the GM but corporate notices because this is a brand new store with some service needs.
