  every time i stop here and get a burger there is so much ketchup its not edible, this is the third time in the past few months ive had my sandwich ruined and i dont have time to go correct it. I started ordering my sandwiches plain because of it, i forgot today. People pay for this food its not cheap dont hire people who thinks its ok to ruin peoples food as a joke, because that is the only reason someone would serve a sandwich that has so much ketcup its clearly not edible, not to mention the waste, how much ketchup are you going through if theres a 1/2 cup on every burger? It covers the whole sandwich once its wrapped its digusting.

  I gave 3 stars for the day shift. They deserve 5 star. However, the night I purchased a mobile order and was given a molded burger, I paid extra for a drink that I couldn't get. Apparently you don't get refunds from the mobile app. The 800 number is attached to door dash and then they couldn't find my order. After waiting 30 minutes for a re order. The manager he forgot some items. It was a horrible experience. The next day I spoke with the assistant General manager. She made my order fresh and had my lemonade I ordered. She was helpful and had empathy. The young lady from the night before was rude and gave me dog food.

  Asked for light ice and got a cup of only ice, also asked for light mayo and got no mayo and extra lettuce. Staff are constantly getting orders wrong and handing out cold food. Something needs to change.

  When I pulled up to the speaker the lady in their sounded super nice she even convinced me to buy two cookies. Will I get up to the window get my food and pull away there's two halfs of a cookie in there. I was told they were fresh out of the oven apparently not.
