  4-1-26 6:30pm. I just got a drive thru order. The employees are eating and drinking while preparing the customers food. The girl that takes your order in the drive thru is rude and you can not understand what she said. She was a teenager with a attitude problem. The manager was drinking pop while filling customers cups of pop. Management at that location does care about there job or customer service.

  Staff served me raw chicken 😂 I was flabbergasted to see . Manager made it right but they really need to hire ppl who care3/27/26 was date of incident. The ramifications for this could have been severe if I was struck Ill or became horribly sick

  Just left your location at 418pm March 9th, 2026. The blonde girl working the window is EXTREMELY unprofessional and unpleasant. She was about to greet me until she saw I was black because her eyebrows immediately furrowed at me and she refused to speak audibly or make eye contact. Then she slammed the window in my face after shoving my card at me. She then proceeded to turn her back to me. This is unacceptable and I am contacting corporate. She also did not give me my receipt Edit: She also got my order wrong. She gave me a watered down diet coke instead of a regular coke.

  BY FAR THE WORST THUS FAR SERIOUSLY THERE'S A PROBLEM THERE ITS EITHER SEXIST OR NOBODY JUST CARES LAZY MANAGEMENT CORNER CUTTING TO THE FULLEST BULLYING NO WRITE OFFS OF WASTE OR ANY FOOD JUST TAKE AND EAT, NO HAIR NETS, RAW UNDONE AND COLD CHICKEN PRODUCTS OVER COOKED BURGERS LONG WAITS OR NO FOOD AT ALL AT TIMES, LONG LOBBY WAITS NO CLEANING DETAILS THESE NEW STAFF ARE THE WORST ITS BEEN YEARS SINCE GOOD SERVICE BEEN HERE SOS HORRIBLE
