  The first thing that happened is they gave us ice in my boyfriend & my drinks when we didn't want ice in our drinks. The second thing that happened is when I got home I had a long hair in my dorito Taco. So I called Taco Bell and they got the manager on the phone. Her name was Destiny. I asked for her last name, she didn't want to give it to me. She was very rude. She said she didn't believe me I had to take a picture or bring it up there and all I wanted was an apology. I didn't even want a refund, I didn't even want another dorito Taco. But she didn't apologize. So I brought the taco up there with the hair in it and then I still never got an apology. They wanted to make me another Taco but I didn't want one because it was so disgusting they didn't have hairnets on and they admitted to the hair being the taco and she ended up laughing at me instead and told me SARCASTICALLY to "Have a good". day"
