  As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a team member. We live in Ann Arbor and often go to the one in Ann Arbor, but we were in Taylor to visit a relative. I was impressed with how clean the restaurant is. Tables, chairs are all clean. How nice and friendly the staff are. Great experience. Thank you.

  Not sure what has happened with their bagels, but two weeks in a row now the quality has been horrible. This past Saturday we ordered two sandwiches, a few other things, and two Cinnamon Crunch bagels for breakfast on Monday and Tuesday. I didn't think to look in the bag, so when I opened the bag this morning to cut and toast a bagel, imagine my surprise when I see the bagels are each about 1/2 inch thick. They're like thick pancakes. What has happened to the quality control there? They don't taste right either, I'm not sure what ingredients are missing, but this sucked. Last week their bagels weren't quite as bad, but they were thinner than normal.

  This place is a hit or miss Sometimes they ask for your rewards number depending on who is working that day. Avery today was not a good day not disclosing there is a upcharge when you ask to substitute an item and I ask for chips and not the bread. Food is expensive enough I don't need a hidden fee to my bill. Also, Please update your drive thru menu those prices are dated the new prices are higher than what's on the drive thru menu..

  If a restaurant advertises a sandwich with specific ingredients, it should be made that way. I’ve ordered the frontega chicken sandwich at this Panera location twice, and both times it came without basil, even though basil is clearly listed on the menu. The first time I assumed it was a mistake. The second time, I even ordered extra basil and still didn’t get any. At that point, it feels intentional. If this sandwich no longer includes basil, it should be removed from the menu description. Having to go back and fix an incorrect order is frustrating and disappointing.

  This place is usually busy when I come in a few times per month over the last 5 years. However, no matter how busy they are the staff is often overheard giving warm and friendly greetings and salutations. I have had minor issues with my orders a couple of times, they apologized and swiftly corrected the issue. As a nurse I have sometimes overwhelming shifts, today was one of those days, but when I retrieved my lunch from the break room fridge to warm my soup there was a tiny heart wriiten in magic marker at the bottom of my receipt. This small gesture made smile and brightened my day a lot. The small things count. Thank you to all the staff at my local Taylor Panera Bread. I appreciate you.
