- AMashilynn mooreMar 26, 20261.0this is absolutely the worst McDonalds in Taylor, Michigan. they almost never give you the correct order. the last three times something i ordered was not in the bag. i requested the fries to be cooked to order and i still received soggy limp fries. the customer service is horrendous and they do not even try to resolve the issue. they love to give the money back. the workers is the background were so loud that the drive thru worker could not hear or get my order on screen correctly. just stay away from this one. if i could give less than 1 star i would.

Simple mistake but to be that rude first thing in the morning is terrible. Normally I don’t have any issues at this location. However it’s no reason why someone is that rude and is front and center of a customer service job. I’m sorry if she had a rough morning but treating customers like that isn’t the answer. She was way too old to be that immature. McDonalds please be aware of how your paying customers are treated at this location. Yes I can hear and I hope the management hears this and several complaints like this!
