- DGDon G3 days ago1.0Training opportunity for Staff. On 1/14/26 approximately 9:20pm, I witnessed a Wingstop employee touch RAW chicken with his bare hands to throw the chicken in the fryer. No gloves were used at all.Then with the same hand he touched the raw chicken, he begined touching monitor screens and packing up my chicken order. Not once did he wash his hands after touching the raw chicken. I watched him do this process to several other orders, along with him taking cooked chicken out of the fryer with his bare hands. No tongs were used. I explained to the young man that this is unsanitary. I further explained that he needs to wear gloves while preparing food and handling raw meat. And those gloves should be changed as soon as he is done handling the raw meat. The worker was VERY nice and respectful. However he also thought it wasn't a big deal. Please offer this worker retraining to avoid making your customers sick from salmonella poison.

Came back a few minutes later to say this “Not gonna lie they said they ain’t gonna do nothing” they wouldn’t even talk to me!! Bruh, I am so unhappy with the quality of service and would give a 0 if possible. He then said “it was likely left in the oven too long” like no kidding it is shrunken lol. Terrible food, and even worse customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive to Woodhaven wingstop instead. Like seriously this is supposed to be a Chicken breast???

Called the store and they said it's not their problem because the delivery was through doordash. I explained to them I didn't order through doordash. He said his supervisor was too busy to talk to me. I looked at my receipt, and it clearly states that I paid wingstop, and to contact them for refunds or issues. I called the store a second time. They said it's not their problem. I guarantee this is the last time I order from any Wingstop location.
