Went here today to get lunch. This is my second time going here in the last maybe 2 months and the same woman at the drivethru I’m assuming is a manager because she’s always taking orders and at the window, is so extremely rude. Not sure of her name but she really should seek a job that isn’t customer service because she’s horrible at it. No smile, no have a good day. Acts like the customer is an inconvenience and like she’s sick of her job. I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for a long time and this woman is by far the rudest woman I’ve ever seen in customer service here. Get home and my food was old, sloppy & just disgusting. Won’t be going back here. Smh. Find another Wendy’s y’all.

If Google would have let me write this a zero star I would have. I have been going to this Wendy's for more than 10 years. I just found out about a month ago it's owned by new people. I ordered just a simple 4 piece kids meal, there were three nuggets in the box. I'm not here to ask for more nuggets I just want everyone to understand we are all moving too fast we need to slow down and pay attention. When I called the building the manager, I assume, talked more on the phone than I could speak. And when he was done he hung up. I miss the old owners
