    Went through the drive thru the day before Thanksgiving. Already tired from running all day. I wait 10 mins before we get to the speaker to order. Whenever we ordered you can tell the girl has an attitude. But we are tired and hungry so we continue to the window. We get to the window hand the girl our gift card and get told it don't work, very rudely she says "I swiped it 3 times it doesn't work. You need a different payment" smh after all that waiting we just pulled off. Went to the taco Bell down the street on eureka and Inkster. They were fast and the manager Charles was very friendly the gift card swiped the first time and I got my food in less than 5 mins. Thank you for redeeming the brand because I was ready to be done with Taco Bell all together.

    Absolutely awful experience. The workers were arguing, using their gloveless hands to reach into buckets and putting ingredients on, stuff on the floor.. the food took so long that the car auto shutoff while waiting! We had to ask for a refund! And they were upset about it when they hadn’t even started our food yet!they said it’s taking so long Because the printer was out but didn’t say that or give any solution. Just argued about it while we all stood around. Ended up being grateful seeing as they weren’t using gloves

    If I could give a 0 for service I would. The manager lady was extremely rude! I waited over 30 minutes, she gave me the wrong food and kept snapping at me for asking questions. I have patience but she was straight up rude. Will not be going back to this location. I saw 4 cars in drive thru get their food while I waited 30+ minutes for a mobile order!
