  This is honestly hands down the best taco bell around. Never have any problems and if there's a mistake they fix it.

  Ordered online and it was at this location by accident I realized once the order said confirmed I hit cancel immediately because the cancel button pops up which is useless I literally hit it immediately and it said oops sorry your orders in process so why you even have a cancel button. I then proceeded to call that store to let them know that location was ordered to by accident because I was 40 minutes away from there and the person I spoke to stated don't worry about it if you don't pick up the order it won't charge you. Which was a lie got charged $30 and did not pick up my food because I was told I wouldn't be charged. Needless to stay I lost $29. Very poor customer service. Will not be returning and I used to go there twice a week!

  The food was great, but the customer service at the drive-thru was very disappointing. This was my first time using the mobile app, and when I pulled up to the window I was asked if I had a mobile order. I gave the code I was provided and explained that I was there to pick up my order. The employee responded rudely, questioned why I gave the code, and told me she didn’t need it, which made the interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful especially for someone using the app for the first time. I believe this employee needs coaching on customer service and communication so other customers don’t have a similar experience. Great food, but the attitude at the drive-thru really took away from it.

  I ordered a Nacho supreme with no beans and sour cream. I ordered it off the kiosk so there is no option to put on the side. When I got my order I asked for a small thing of beans and the lady said there be a small charge but I said there is no place to put it on the side using the kiosk she said if I said something when I ordered it be different, I said Im asking now u know I ordered it without but wanted some on the side so why a charge they would do it if I ordered thru the drive thru so confused but anyway get home and there is hardly no meat or cheese your place sucks.

  ick... Heather gives awful service, how the hell can you be that rude and be working that kinda job? That place would be better if they replaced Heather.
