  This is why I don’t tip. Gave me salt and vinegar chips, no mayo packets, and no pickle. Too tired to remotely drive back. I’m a mail carrier and been on my feet all day.

  Stay away from this place unless you like stale bread. I asked the cashier if their bread was fresh. He said it was. Got home and could hardly bite through it. The guy couldn't answer and info on the app. There were 3 guys behind the counter with smiles on their faces. I bet they were laughing as we're were going out the door. Never go back.

  Absolutely the worst Jimmy John’s store!, my family and I only go here because it’s the closest one to us and we do-try to avoid it if possible due to Horrendous management, employees utterly incompetent. I would think making a sub would do hard, you can literally explain the order of how you would like a sub prepared and they still make it wrong! We have ordered in person and delivery where delivery has taken up to at least an hour, oh and the order was wrong! So I would have to go back to the store to get the sandwich remade. Another incident for my order that was made incorrectly, I called ahead and repeated my order twice, picked up order 20 mins later and came home. Open the subs and they were made wrong. I had to talk to a manager to complain about the order and mention , this wasn’t the first time with this store. He literally said to me “how do you think I feel ?, I have to deal with a bunch of dumb 21 year olds!” Which was a response I was not expecting. He offered a credit but I wanted my order to remade right delivered for the inconvenience, and my order was over 40 dollars! And we are in delivery distance! He laughed and said he will not deliver it because it snowed! . The Taylor store is complete garbage , horrible customer service, dirty and not worth eating at! What an embarrassing establishment! Will never go back to this place again. Beware!
