  I am knocking off one star from "atmosphere" because the parking lot kinda sucks. Dunkin has the best coffee though.

  Worst Dunkin Donuts I have been to in a long time. I frequent dunkin locations to bring bagels and coffee to my customers. Upon ordering a BOX of a dozen donuts with cream cheese and butter on the side, I was informed they don't have butter. Who doesn't have butter? Okay, I said no problem. The young man was on his airpods talking to someone the entire time, so he wasn't communicating with the young lady taking the orders. Both times that part of my order was finished, it sat there because he wasn't communicating with her. But, better than that, I guess she thought she would let an order sit there without figuring out where it belonged??? Multiple UberEats or other service drivers came in frustrated as there is no clear communication or organization occurring. And, after spending $50 for 12 bagels, he took it upon himself to toast and cut them all, and individually wrap ASSORTED BAGELS. Why would you individually wrap assorted bagels? When people order 12 ASSORTED bagels, it is clearly for multiple people. So, now what, they have to open each bagels wrapper to figure out what it is? I asked for a BOX OF BAGELS, like *ALL* the other Dunkin Donuts in SE Michigan are capable of providing in a timely manner. It took 25min. Terrible.

  You need to change the person thats working in the morning she’s slow and i had to wait 10 more minutes after getting there to get my mobile order. Couldn’t leave bc i already paid for it.

  Placed a mobile order. Arrived to pick it up and was told they are sold out of the product. I asked for a refund and was told no, I can get something else. I said no thank you, that’s what I came here for I will just take a refund. Was then told they will not refund you if you place a mobile order. I asked if there was a number I can call They said no but I can just get something else I said no, how do I get my money back “I don’t know, you can just get something else” So I was forced to leave with no money and no product Now have to file a dispute with my bank because the email on the app never responded (it’s been multiple days) and I tried to call the number on the app and it just says that they’re not available … every day…. Every time I call
