I called and spoke with Sarah who admitted that she didn't have a clue on how to use the app. I then asked for the manager and she too admitted that she had no idea how to place an on line order. Finally, I spoke with Autumn and she was very rude and ultimately hung up on me because she was too impatient to help me place my order. I think it would be a good idea for BWW's to train their workers on the use of the app and the reward process.

I was told yes, but when I picked my sides they said one wasn't included. The only sides you can get with that deal is potatoes. So I got 2 orders of wedges, they were mini wedges. The wedges were decent while hot, but everything else was a bit salty for my tastes. I don't eat alot of salt, I did find it weird that the hamburger was salty tho.
