I asked if there was a number I can call They said no but I can just get something else I said no, how do I get my money back “I don’t know, you can just get something else” So I was forced to leave with no money and no product Now have to file a dispute with my bank because the email on the app never responded (it’s been multiple days) and I tried to call the number on the app and it just says that they’re not available … every day…. I ordered one of the cute little creature creations. I thought it was perfect. She's going to ring me up. She doesn't stick anything in the cup that would make it a creature creation. It's just a cup of ice cream I say. Can I get the decorations she goes? Oh you want that I'm like. Yeah it's for my kid.. so she gives me one the wrong one.. then I say don't I get one of those free crowns. It says right on the sign a free crown with every purchase she goes. No I had to walk her over to the sign and show her. Then she goes. No you would have had to pick the dragon or the wizard or something stupid I go. I did I go. So do you have any of them? I'll take any of them. She's like no... I go. So what was the point of me ordering this? Why didn't you tell me that at the beginning this is just a cup of ice cream... It was so annoying. I paid $10 for two scoops of ice cream lol

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
