I hate leaving bad reviews, but the way the drive-through orders were handled was very unprofessional. I stopped by mid-afternoon for something quick. The woman taking orders was rude to the car in front of me—I could hear how loud and disrespectful she was.
When it was my turn, she didn’t give me any time to order and was very rude. Honestly, I should have just driven off. When I told her what I wanted, she acted like I was bothering her, with loud sighs and huffing.
However, the young Black man and the older white woman at the window were both very polite and professional. They had great customer service.
Unfortunately, the person taking orders—and cooking—should not be in a customer service position. It really affected my experience. I overheard her complaining to her team that she was tired of people ordering the same stuff. The food I got was awful and usually it's not
