- SKSam KreimidMar 30, 20262.0The line was getting longer and longer and no one was being helped. Everyone was taking their sweet time while there were a bunch of customers waiting. The workers had a terrible attitude towards each other and customers. The food line was absolutely FILTHY. Many of the protein options weren’t even ready, causing an even longer wait. The food was cold, the rice was hard. And I was charged for an extra chicken bowl and tacos that I did not order and did not receive. Ridiculous.

Everybody was laughing having conversations of their own an oblivious to the world around them. Then one girl was taking all the food for mobile orders, basically said forgot the people in store. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE CLOSE THIS LOCATION ASAP.

I did place an order late at night, close to their closing time, and when I got my order- It seemed to have been rushed. I had gotten a quesadilla, with some pico and sour cream and when I opened up my container, the pico and sour cream were sorted around in my box and mixed together as if they were just thrown in not neatly. I also was disappointed when I ordered the organic watermelon lemonade, and when I got to the location, they had broken down all of the drinks besides the soda machine. Not a huge deal, but I was a little disappointed as I did order that specifically and they couldn't have just gave me some that was already made in the back.
