  Alexis, the manager, went out of her way to help me and my husband and even literally REPLACED an order when a DoorDasher messed up my order intentionally. This girl is truly a girls girl and awesome, she genuinely deserves a raise. She's been amazing every single time she's taken orders for us, even if I gave attitude in the past, she keeps it professional. Will go again simply because of her. 🖤

  Okay where to begin. Went inside. No one would come up to the front to take order. Tried to use the kiosks to order didn’t work. Went through the drive thru and was able to order. Was third in line and still had to wait 40 mins to even get our food. Lady didn’t apologize for the wait and when we finally got our food she was very rude but I told her to have a great day anyways and she just smirked. That’s cool I guess. Food was messed up and didn’t get forks or napkins. Pretty awful experience and makes me never want to come back. If I could go zero stars I would.

  I went to taco bell around 2:30 today 3/29/26 and when I received my food my fries were dumped all over the bag and barely any where in they’re boxes.

  The manager there Lilly is awful person and takes “her power” to the next level. The service is terrible they don’t know left from right. She also has personal issues and wants use her power to try to ban ppl from ordering there when has nothing to do with the restaurant! Get new management
