One person, 6pm on a Friday, taking orders, making subs, working the cash register, etc. Takes quite a bit of time just to get some food. Tables are usually dirty, due to short staff.

I said seriously you said you couldn't hear her next comment was I don't know why you have an attitude with me. The second woman at the window that took my payment was extremely Pleasant and friendly but to be greeted that way by the first employee who obviously had a chip on her shoulder and accused me of being rude having an attitude plus the terrible sandwich I'm not kidding you is the last time I will go to the subway in Tawas
