The staff rolls eyes and huffs and puffs at customers, very unprofessional.. I wasn’t happy with my experience ALTHOUGH Alexis, the little customer service girl in the window is GREAT, so nice and sweet and relatable. Should hire more like her, and weed out the bad ones. Wish the best for Ms. Alexis!

I went to drop something off to someone and grab some food and got yelled at and told to pull to the front and wait for the person. (Which is fine) after a five-ten minutes I gave up due to having an angry toddler and needing to get my husband from work. I didn’t even get the chance to order food. After I picked my husband up I sent him in to try to get everything done and he came out within a minute due to how the manager treated him. I understand being annoyed at us dropping something off but there are correct ways to handle it.
