  Waiting in the drive through because indoor was closed for mobile order for 45 mins is complete bull crap.

  Manager(I assume, other workers were very kind, she’s a black lady on the larger side, didn’t get a name) called cops after wrongfully telling me to “leave the store, I don’t care if you paid for an order” AFTER I had waited for FOURTY minutes. Someone reached behind the counter and grabbed a drink and she got disrespectful with me when I wasn’t even involved. I told her I paid and I’m going to eat in the store, few minutes later she comes out and tells my whole friend group ( who also did nothing) to get out or she’ll call the cops, I told her we did nothing wrong and to go ahead and call them, I’d be happy to explain to them. Will be calling corporate tomorrow, I assume the whole situation is on camera and I’d love for them to review it.

  This Taco Bell never disappoints me, ever. Staff is always pleasant and my food is always fresh. To the staff working March 18th 2026 around 5:15pm keep up the good work!
