  We really like the food here, service is good but the room is kind of loud during their busy times. If you prefer a quieter meal then come during off-hours. We had a hard time hearing the songs we chose on their app-based juke box

  Poor service. Took an hour to get one round of drinks. Going somewhere else to eat dinner. Not even busy, only a few other tables.

  Food is really good most of the time. But the service is absolutely abysmal. I've been several times. One time, we were waiting 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged by anyone on staff. Bill is always really slow to arrive. Usually takes 30 minutes after being done before they finally come back. Tonight was the worst yet. Food was dropped off and then the server disappeared. We didn't see our server until she gave us the bill an hour later. We needed drink refills 20 minutes in, but couldn't find anyone. It actually ended up being uncomfortable trying to eat needing drinks. We never did get a single drink refill.
