I observed a few instances where employees did not wash their hands after handling items or going to the back to retrieve products. Additionally, I noticed an employee whose undergarments were visible and whose hair was not properly restrained, which is a concern in food preparation environments. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness and food safety. Not to mention my cookies were under done! No name tags or I would have listed the employees.
