  What happened to this McDonald's? They push using the app, but don't fulfill the orders. I waited over 20 minutes for just a diet coke (I ended up having to go inside and grab it myself). Yesterday, I was in line for a diet coke and a medium fry and was there for about 20 minutes - again (only 2 cars ahead of us). We were given the wrong drink TWICE. We had to park and walk in to get the correct order. That took another 5 minutes bc no one will help you inside. We just waited there for anyone to help us all while listening to the employees talk about how much they were messing up....AND IT WAS THE MANAGER.

  I have autism and one of my autistic superpowers is pattern recognition. A pattern I've noticed about this location is specific to one certain employee/manager. He is a taller heavier set guy with long hair and very unclean shave. Every time he is working, there is a problem with my order rather it doesn't get brought out to the curb for curbside and after 10 minutes of waiting I have to go in to retrieve the order myself and he always seems dumbfounded like its his first day he doesn't even know McDonalds has mobile ordering, or I get no napkins, or a missing straw, or the wrong drink, its not always something or bad but when it is he is always the manager on duty when something does happen. Maybe he needs to spend some less time in the lobby flirting with high school age girls and focus on the job he is paid for.

  If I could give zero stars I would, I got extremely sick eating here.. definitely could be a strong case of hepatitis A going around in this food chain. (Normally picked up by not washing hands and touching food. Comes from our poop to exact. Normally in the food industry but can make you very sick! In some cases deadly. If you cannot make food that doesn't make others sick then why be in business at all. I am extremely disappointed in what’s expected I guess now a days. All the reviews on here are horrible as well..

  Just encountered the most unprofessional, absolute rudest, non-verbal employee at this location (#44568) in my several yrs of frequently there!! If he wasn't already dry & absent of all please or thank you, he was actually worse after he got our order totally wrong, as if it were somehow our fault! After the order remake, he just plopped it on the counter and walked away. When he got the refill, making it very clear that he didn't want to be bothered, he put his hand totally over the top and walked off. Naturally I dumped that pop into the garbage on my way out. Since I do not know him, I can only assume why he was so perturbed and put off by us. I have no intention of returning to this location and will absolutely let my co-workers and family know of this experience, specifically with him. (Lots of blonde curly hair coming from under a gold cap with McDonald's logos, medium height) Iwelcome the opportunity to speak with the GM of this location.

  don't order icecream on the app. everytime i have i get to the drive thru and they say they are all out.
