I waited over 20 minutes for just a diet coke (I ended up having to go inside and grab it myself). Yesterday, I was in line for a diet coke and a medium fry and was there for about 20 minutes - again (only 2 cars ahead of us). We were given the wrong drink TWICE. We had to park and walk in to get the correct order. That took another 5 minutes bc no one will help you inside. We just waited there for anyone to help us all while listening to the employees talk about how much they were messing up....AND IT WAS THE MANAGER.
