  Bad service. Large spilled water puddle in middle of restaurant. Fountain pop wasnt working. Took way too long to get order. I would have left, but food was already paid for through the app.

  Today was my last day of ever going to, eating at a McDonald's restaurant... The wait was way to long and all the employees were in the back... McDonald's needs to do better...

  Longest wait time of all time. Everytime I come here, I sit in line for about 20 mins and wait about 15-20 more to receive my food after paying. Multiple times. It's like they cook every order per order one hash brown at a time. It's insane.

  My friends and I go to the Sturgis Mc Donald’s every Friday for breakfast. However, Friday March 20, 2026, the floors were covered with food and trash. The playroom area was also dirty. Tables, floors and chairs were so dirty. The toilet in the playroom had feces on the seat. The trash was overflowing. The drink counter was covered with spills and trash. No large cups. No creamer for coffee. Order was wrong, received biscuit when ordered an English muffin. All these poor reviews doesn’t seem to create a change in the cleanliness or accuracy of the orders. How can Culver’s less than a mile down the road have several happy employees and McDonald’s does not? It must be due to management or owner’s pride in the restaurant. The comment on all these reviews tells you to please use the link, but the link is not working. Time to find another place. And yes we have taken the surveys and talked to the managers about these issues. Never a change always an excuse.

  We took our grandchild to play in the play area and have a happy meal. The tables, floor and chairs in that area were covered with garbage and food, there was litter throughout that area and the whole area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, really disgusting. My wife ordered a happy meal and some fries for herself. It took 20 minutes to get her food and she finally had to tell the cashier her order was sitting on the counter in the kitchen area. When the person gave her the order my wife asked about the fries, she said there were no fries on the order, not sure how she knew that, the cashier didn't have the receipt; my wife told her to never mind she didn't want to wait for them. Lots of other unhappy customers as well due to slow service.
