- LLLpinedaFeb 22, 20261.0I placed an order for pickup, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the start. The takeout counter is located in an awkward spot that it’s extremely hard for anyone to notice you are there. I waited there for several minutes, and although a few servers saw me, no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. I eventually walked over to the bar area, where I was completely ignored. The older woman working behind the bar was more concerned about her phone while talking to another lady. That person even mentioned, “Oh, you have a customer,” yet she continued to think her phone was more important and did not acknowledge me. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Perhaps hire individual’s with better customer service because her’s were awful! Customer service should be a priority, especially when someone is clearly waiting to be helped. Perhaps more attention should be given to ensuring staff acknowledge customers in a timely manner. I do want to say that the woman who ultimately helped me at the takeout counter was kind and polite, and I appreciated her assistance. Thanks for providing the service I was hoping to receive.

It took 10 minutes to get drink order and then another 10 minutes for the food order. Drinks came after about 15 min but the food never came. After 50 minutes I stood up and told the manager we had to leave. She offered to box our food to go for full price. Seriously? Not even a discount for waiting almost an hour. We won't be back soon.
