I've since returned and they are happy to make my food fresh!
Curly fries were old. Peach cobbler roll was so old there was nothing in it. Mozzarella stick was broken and served. Roast beef was dry and some was darker colored it was so dry! My next visit i asked for everything fresh and the man over the speaker was complaining loudly over the speaker as I pulled up to pay.
I like Arby's a lot. I was in Marion, Indiana. They asked me to wait, but everything was fresh JUICY and delicious! The store in Sturgis, MI literally complained loudly on the speaker when I asked for everything fresh since my visit with them previously was very very very unpleasant.

Even worse under the "new" management. Will not be back. Takes 15 minutes easily to pick up an online order, half is missing and what is there is cold.

Don't order online. I did, got confirmation it was ready for pick-up. I get to the location and it is closed. Drive-thru no answer, no one there. Had to call customer service to try and get a refund for the food I did not get. This location has nothing but issues. Cold food and bad service. Highly recommend staying far away and going somewhere better.
I followed this link they sent and it failed to send my review through. Do yourself a favor and just call the customer service support line. That actually works.
