Don't order online. I did, got confirmation it was ready for pick-up. I get to the location and it is closed. Drive-thru no answer, no one there. Had to call customer service to try and get a refund for the food I did not get. This location has nothing but issues. Cold food and bad service. Highly recommend staying far away and going somewhere better.
I followed this link they sent and it failed to send my review through. Do yourself a favor and just call the customer service support line. That actually works.

Placed online order in app I show up at 7:07 pm and the store is closed. It is completely blacked out. I attempt to call store. No answer. My card was charged for the order!

I’m a big fan of Arby’s and was excited to share their steak nuggets with my coworkers since I bragged about them all day. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 5:50 p.m., the doors were locked. Without seating, we had to switch to Buffalo Wild Wings for a group sit-down, which was disappointing.
