  Not that great. Both ketchup pumps empty. Dirty tables and floor. Slooooow service. I guess that's why the place is always empty. Needs improvement. Two girls in kitchen area playing catch rolling trash can back and forth. They should have been cleaning tables and floor also filling the damn ketchup up. I don't recommend this place at all!

  Absolutely the worst Arby's.... food is always cold never made right. Never know if they are open or closed. Seems like the employees don't know what they are doing or they don't care. They are extremely slow in drive thru and food is absolutely terrible always wait to get cold food.

  I've since returned and they are happy to make my food fresh! Curly fries were old. Peach cobbler roll was so old there was nothing in it. Mozzarella stick was broken and served. Roast beef was dry and some was darker colored it was so dry! My next visit i asked for everything fresh and the man over the speaker was complaining loudly over the speaker as I pulled up to pay. I like Arby's a lot. I was in Marion, Indiana. They asked me to wait, but everything was fresh JUICY and delicious! The store in Sturgis, MI literally complained loudly on the speaker when I asked for everything fresh since my visit with them previously was very very very unpleasant.

  Even worse under the "new" management. Will not be back. Takes 15 minutes easily to pick up an online order, half is missing and what is there is cold.
