Has McDonald's just given up? Did the throw up the white flag? What a disaster this franchise has become. Food order wrong, fries cold and mushy. I can't even imagine how old they were. The service from the staff. What service? No eye contact they ignore you. Lobby was a mess. Spilled drinks on the tables and floor. I got a refund and went across the street to burger King. The lobby was full, the staff was friendly and the food was hot and correct. Thank you Burger King.
