I have been to this Jimmy John's location 2x now, and I can say it is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to.
The first experience, I was 2nd in line inside the restaurant and I counted 8 employees behind the counter. Most of the employees were just standing there chatting with nothing to do, however, it still took 10 minutes for me to get my one sandwich.
The second experience, I went through the drive-through today. There were 2 vehicles in front of me. It was a 10-15 minute wait before I was able to drive up to the window. There was no apology for the lengthy wait. After paying and leaving a tip on the card-reader, I was told my sandwich would be out shortly. I waited another 5 minutes before I received the sandwich. The employee handed me my sandwich and closed the window without even saying single word to me. There was no "Thank-You", even as I left a tip. I find this type of customer service unacceptable.
I am leaving the One-Star review due to the poor customer service and excessive wait times. Jimmy John's has the slogan, "Freaky Fast", and I can usually count on them for good, quality, fast service, at literally every other location I have ever visited. If this is the standard for this location, I will not be returning. Alternatively, I would recommend any of the other fast-food restaurants (Culvers, DQ, Burger King, Subway) on Red Arrow Hwy, in Stevensville, for better customer service and much faster wait times for fast-food.
