They did not give the donuts and the iced coffee didn’t have the cold foam. This is our closest Dunkin’ and they’ve messed up our order multiple times now. We love Dunkin but at this point it’s worth it to drive a little further and try a different location.

We went through the drive through and waited over 20 minutes for our order even though there were no cars ahead of us. No explanation or apology was offered. The staff didn’t seem in a hurry at all, and the wait was completely unreasonable. We’ve enjoyed Dunkin’ in the past, but this location really missed the mark.
