Then proceed to call to store to explain that my order is correct, and the manager was very rude kept insinuating that my order was correct after explaining to her that it was not. I kept explaining to her I order from this location all the time I never have a problem and I know what my order should look like and when it is correct. She then proceeds to hang up in my face. I drive to the store with the incorrect order and the doors are locked. The workers inside were just looking and laughing, but no one came to the door and they would not answer the store phone. I had to call nonemergency to escalate my issue to get it resolved. This is so disappointing as I never had an issue with this location, but this was very unprofessional that I had to contact the police for someone to correct my order and give me a refund. That was my last time ever ordering from this location. I am so disappointed in management. Some training should be involved to better their customer service.
