- ZPZachary PushAug 14, 20251.0I placed my mobile order for a footlong flatbread chicken salad sandwich. When I arrived the order was ready and I looked in the bag and saw it was not a footlong. It was way too short, the wrapper was barely wrapped around the sandwich and no sticker sealing it. There was only one employee that I saw working there and I let them know I ordered a footlong. He told me that the sandwich was a footlong. I pulled it out of the bag and showed him. He then repeated that it was a footlong. I asked him if he thought I would honestly believe that a sandwich the size of my hand was a footlong. He then said he rolled the bread around it and that is why it was shorter. Then he told me that It was only supposed to include 4 vegetables, but that he gave me extra at no charge so I should be happy. He then walked away from the counter. I took pictures of how the sandwich was wrapped and of its size. It also was missing most of the vegetables that were supposed to be on it. The attitude was over the top. Never going back to this location.
