  Just saw a guy on my tiktok who got a RAWW spicy chicken sandwich. This is unacceptable wendys. I hope that when this young man goes in for a refund you give him excellent service and apologize for the mistake with 2 fresh FULLY COOKED spicy chicken Sammies. Zero stars if a could.

  I stopped at this Wendy’s recently and overall had a pretty solid experience, with a few ups and downs that are worth mentioning. Starting with the food, it honestly hit the mark. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crisp, and the overall quality was better than what you usually expect from fast food. You can tell when food is rushed versus when it’s actually made right, and this visit leaned more toward the latter. Definitely the strongest part of the experience. Service was a bit more mixed. Some of the staff were polite and doing their best, while others seemed either overwhelmed or not very engaged. I didn’t feel ignored, but there was a noticeable lack of consistency in how customers were being handled. It wasn’t terrible by any means, just not as smooth or friendly as it could have been. A little more communication and attentiveness would go a long way here, especially during busy times. As far as the atmosphere goes, it was decent. The dining area was reasonably clean and comfortable enough to sit and eat, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. It felt like a typical fast-food environment — functional, but not especially inviting. That said, it wasn’t unpleasant, and I didn’t feel rushed out or uncomfortable while eating. Overall, this Wendy’s delivers where it counts most: the food. If you’re stopping in for a quick, satisfying meal, it gets the job done. With a bit more consistency in service and attention to the overall vibe inside, this location could easily be a standout.
