  Place just robbed me of 31 dollars says they are opened till 9pm placed an order at 7:54 pick time at 8:04 staff is there and everything is locked and closed no staff members would come to the door or the drive thru or answer the phone insane i will be there first thing in the morning absolutely the worst experience i have ever had anywhere gotta say this is the first time a business has just straight up stolen my money

  I do not come here often, and when I do it’s usually a decent experience but today was different. I sat in the drive through for several minutes without anyone saying anything, I assumed it was broken so I just went inside to order. While placing my order I asked if the drive through wasn’t working right now to which the girl with brown hair and chunky blonde highlights immediately got attitude and said no, I replied I had been sitting there for a little bit and she said she was busy. I get that, and I wouldn’t have minded waiting had they said something but I was totally ignored. I was not trying to be rude by asking if it was broken but to have attitude thrown back at me after I did ask made it clear she wasn’t happy. I’m not sure if she doesn’t like her job or if she’s having a bad day, but I was just trying to get a smoothie for my sick mom so I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
