Did a mobile order. App says to pull in spot and say what number spot youre in. So i did and waited 30 mins because i seen they were busy, pulled in drivw thru and my cold food was given to me and they told me they arent bringing food out today. Lazy. Period. They said their GM told them not to take food out today. They said im supposed to go to the speaker. Thats not what the app says

Terrible service. If they are not going to respond to the carhop spots why not at least put up a sign saying not being served. Instead of just ignoring customers. Multiple people went through the drive threw, when I went up and asked what the deal was, I was given a lame excuse and told I could push the button again (after pressing multiple times) or just go threw the drive threw(stated in a very condescending tone) management needs to provide some training on how to properly treat customers. We would up going to burger king up the road and had a far better experience there.

Ordered 30$ in food and paid but forgot something, tried to add it to the order quickly so it would all come out at the same time but was told no rudely. I had to wait for my food and had to go through the drivethru and wait some more. I've never been somewhere they didnt want to make the customer happy and make more money in the process

Horrible place to pick up DoorDash from. Stall broken, but at least an employee came out within a few minutes to tell me and go to drive thru. At drive thru they told me they'll walk it out when it's ready or to pull up to the window so I asked if they meant skipping the line and they said yes, but then I realized there wasn't any space to do that without blocking the whole place, so I parked and waited on the patio with my red DoorDash bag so I knew they could see me and why I was waiting there through the windows. Nothing for 15 minutes, so I got back in the drive thru line and stuck to the normal drive forward process. They handed me bags that had been sitting there for however long, with illegible receipts, so I could only distinguish the 2 customers by the order they handed them to me. Same with the drinks being unlabeled, which I could only distinguish by contents (which wouldn't have worked if different flavors were the same color). Since I didn't lash out at the teenagers working it, did that make them think everything was fine and they shouldn't apologize for the wait and experience? Oh, and they still forgot one of the drinks. I was so lucky to have the sweetest customers in the world for this disaster
