  We enjoyed our first time we had a party of 8 and we called to have reservation . We will definitely be back the pasta an and pita were wonderful . Also loved the soups. The only thing I recommend is maybe an up charged carry out I wanted to take some of the pitas home lol . Also would like a supreme meat pizza.

  If I would give this place zero stars I would've. No reason why the boss says buffet closes at 10 but kick us out at 9pm bc owner left early. We're a group of 5 adults so the owner told us if we didn't see a pizza to ask and they'll make it. Well we tried 3 different times and each time was one pizza per table. It would be different if the pizza was regular size and not personal pan pizza size. Really want my money back to be honest because how is it no one brought any fresh pizza out during the time we were there?

  I emailed the location to inform them we would becoming to celebrate a birthday and how many people would be coming. When we showed up at the location Mike (I’m assuming the owner/manager) had tables reserved for us and made sure everything was taken care of for us. He kept checking on us (not in an annoying way either) to make sure we had everything or if we had pizza requests. At the end, he offered to make our group a specialized dessert pizza of our choice 🤍 The location was clean and so were the bathrooms! Mike kept checking on the pizza island to make sure there were enough pizza or dessert available for all customers. This was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially for a pizza buffet. Also, a few workers would walk around and ask if we needed anything. I’m so glad we were able to try this pizza place and we will for sure be back! Thank you again Mike for making our experience wonderful. My family loved it as well.

  My wife and I have passed by Pizano’s Buffet in Sterling Heights so many times, and every single time, I’ve said, “one day we gotta stop in.” Well… we finally did—and now I’m wondering why we didn’t come sooner. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and just had that “good vibes” energy you want when you’re about to enjoy a meal. The place is spotless, and you can tell they take pride in maintaining a great environment. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I met Mike—he may have been the owner or just a key part of the team—but either way, he was incredible. Super knowledgeable, very welcoming, and genuinely cared about our experience. He even let me sample a few items and gave some recommendations… and let me tell you, he did NOT miss. Everything he suggested was absolutely amazing. And I’ve got to highlight something small that made a BIG impression: every table had its own bottle of sanitizer. That level of attention to cleanliness and customer care is rare nowadays, and it didn’t go unnoticed. It made the entire experience feel even more comfortable and thoughtful. The food? Top-tier. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re hitting a buffet. You can tell they don’t cut corners. Overall, this place exceeded expectations across the board—food, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend anyone in the area to check it out. Pizano’s Buffet just turned us from “we should try it one day” into loyal customers.

  My first time at this pizza buffet and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like we were regulars—even though it was our very first visit. That kind of hospitality is rare these days and it really stood out. Even though we happened to be the only people in the restaurant at the time, they still went out of their way to make everything fresh for us. Instead of just leaving out whatever was already there, they kept bringing out fresh pizzas and making sure we had plenty to choose from. That level of effort and care says a lot about how much they value their customers. The whole experience honestly took me back to childhood—sitting in a pizza buffet, trying different slices, and just enjoying the simple nostalgia of it all. Great food, incredibly kind staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend stopping in if you get the chance! 🍕
