  Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for cold food these people don’t care wanted a refund but already waited a long time

  Every time I go there at night no one answers the drive thru. I pull up to the window and no one is at the window. Then I drive back through to the drive thru and eventually someone answers. So annoying!

  I ordered at kiosk at 118pm for dine in . I did not receive my good until 2pm . If not for the lady who ask if someone can help us the customer was ignored. Very poor service and some of the crew almost attacked the lady whos has the right to be upset . If its not from the lady nobody willl come to the counter and help. Crew was just looking at us and COMPLETELY IGNORED us .. One pady whos wearing blue shirt that supposed to be in charged was one of the crew who gave an attitude toward the customer. Its not the first time this happened. I waited for 20 minutes for my sons ice cream cone . And the same crew (lady) gave my son (that has autism and 19)a sarcastic word cause he just ask about his ice cream . I understand the busy time but no apologies at all .. We love McDonald but not that one in vandyke.

  This was the most painful experience i ever had with a fast food restaurant. I’m the only one in the line, it took 20 for me to get my food and they forgot my condiments. I had drive back around just for someone to know i was still outside. I understand sometimes the system goes down but having your cashiers manually add and subtract is something that shouldn’t be done. Give him a calculator or something. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND MY FOOD WAS COLD
