Guy in the driver through was nice but the manager is off her rocker. Real rude. Simply trying to pick up an order that they must’ve given to someone else. Plan to get my money back.

Forced to give atleast one star. Mobile ordered. Got there told to drive to window. Gave the 2 drinks and 2 frosty. Told to pull up to red gate. Pulled up waited 20 mins. Finally a different car (3 cars behind us) was getting their food brought out and asked us why we were waiting. Then on headset asked why mobile order still here. Came out with bags of food that had been sitting probably as long as we had been. Frostys melted drinks watered down. Not like this was dinner rush with cars lined around the block. Oh the really hard order to get out the window to us was one reg chz burger. 3 jr burgers. 1 double stack and 2 fries.

I sat at the speaker for a good 3-4 minutes. I finally said Hello??, and someone finally took my order. Got to the window, lady was nice but I added a Key tag to my order when I saw the sign and she added it to my bill, gave me the frosty and never gave me the tag. I tried calling when I got back to work, but no one answered the phone. She didn't give me a receipt, so now I will have to get another one and pay for it again. This location needs some help. I also ordered a diet coke and got a regular coke. Good thing I'm not diabetic. Very disappointing.
