    It’s 2:30 why are you closed drive thru window wide open but says it closed. Place is absolute trash last time I got food they just threw it in the bag barley wrapped need a new manager or new owner

    Horrible service. My order was messed up three separate times on three different days, and today’s experience was by far the worst. Aiden Howe was extremely rude, unpleasant, and disrespectful. He and the night manager (the one with the ponytail) even slammed the window in my face. Instead of resolving the issue, Aiden continued arguing with me and behaved in an unprofessional manner. What made the situation even more unacceptable was that, after I called the store, my personal phone number—taken from the store’s caller ID—was misused, and I received calls that I experienced as threatening. This crossed a serious line and is completely inappropriate for anyone working in customer service. I will be contacting corporate first thing tomorrow morning to report both Aiden and the night manager. The entire experience was unprofessional, unacceptable, and genuinely concerning.
