  I am allergic to beans that Taco Bell uses for their burritos. I came to the drive-through today and asked them to substitute the beans for ground beef and I will pay the difference. They told me no and that they could not do that even though I have an allergic allergy that will swell up my throat if I eat the Taco Bell beans! I would never ever go to this location ever again and also I let corporate know how this location is willing to kill people instead of protecting them with their allergies!

  If I’m paying for food I want it how I order it. Ordered a lux box and 7 additional items.. the food for the Box wasn’t in a box because “ they’re running low on boxes”.. like ok. so I had to open my food in the car and I STILL had to come inside and get my item they forgot (twice) and gave me churros for my “troubles” I didn’t want any damn churros, I just wanted my food made right… the lack of accountability is insane especially considering I’m spending my money. And they still forgot my damn sauce bruh

  Terrible I’m stuck in line cuz they only take cash right now can’t get out . Will NEVER be back . My hard earned money does not go to Crap restaurants with terrible service
