We ordered Italian herb and cheese bread with american cheese, vegetables ( tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, bell paper, olive and lettuce) and sauce. When my husband went in the store to pick up our order, the order was ready and the staff told him that they were out of Italian herb and cheese bread so they used a different bread . Moreover, when we reached home and ready to eat , we found out that they made a subway with different bread with lettuce, bell paper and olives without any sauce, tomatoes, cucumber and Jalapeno . First of all , if they were out of the order for anything, they suppose to update online so customers won’t order from that place and secondly, the staff suppose to give at least a courtesy call letting us know that they were out of the bread, veggies and sauce so we could cancel our order and get it from somewhere else. Very poor service by the staff.. Never going to order again..
