  Food made me sick and as I was grabbing my drink, the lady Manager with the hort hair and had a hat on came out staring at my baby talking about herself. I think she said her name was Heather.. made me really uncomfortable

  I come to this Panera every day with my daughter and husband. It started on a whim with a sip club trial subscription, which I have since decided to pay for, for all 3 of us. We are all autistic and this has become part of our daily routine. All we order is 3 drinks and occassionally some food when we get a good coupon in the app (the food is good, just overpriced and sometimes it looks not made with love lol). In the morning my husband and I get coffee, in the afternoon my daughter and I get pop and my husband gets another coffee. About 50% of the time we are met with a smile and all is well and we are happy (thank you to those employees!!), the other 50% of the time we get an employee who acts like we are a plague on their entire existence and should not have our wheels parked in their drive thru line, takes forever to get our drinks, makes the coffee however they feel like, and tries to hand us 3 drinks at a time with no drink carrier even though we only have 2 hands. Today was one of those days. We ordered our coffee as usual and I ordered a ginger ale on my daughter's account. We have been having issues with the app so my daughter's order didn't go through. We didn't realize this until we went through the drive through. We asked if we could just put the order through again really fast which was never an issue previously when this happened and they started talking really fast and loud and pressuring us to just do it through the drive through, kept cutting us off when we tried to talk and would not give us time to even respond or think(it is like 9am, we are struggling), and said "it will be easier this way" so we agreed because it was getting overwhelming. We ended up being charged for the drink instead and when we tried to explain we had sip club, the employee started yelling at us, got frustrated and walked away saying "I don't even understand them you talk to them" and got another employee, who also proceeded to yell at us through the drive through saying they "didn't take no money from us" and "it's through the app", after a few minutes of us yelling back and forth, my husband and I got very anxious and just said thank you and left. This is not the first time I've had to argue with a Panera employee(another time I ordered an iced chai with a coupon and they gave me a hot coffee drink and then argued with me that they made it right and acted annoyed to remake it which upset me the rest of the day) and it's pretty traumatizing for me everytime. However now, this is part of my daily routine and I feel like I have to still come here. I understand that making 3 drinks a couple times a day is very frustrating, but I don't think we are asking for much and we are never rude unless someone is rude to us which I think is a proportionate reaction for anyone, let alone someone with a disability who struggles with social interaction. I just really hope they don't spit in my drinks next time because I really enjoy my coffee and pop, just not the attitude we get sometimes for existing in the drive thru line. I'm sorry that our 3 drinks frustrate you so much. I don't want to do my job either, but I still do it and don't yell at unsuspecting people who don't deserve it because I'm in a bad mood that day. Please be a little kinder.

  Best Espresso Iced coffee served with very friendly service. I am a regular, and with sip club I like to come here once a day and bring my family. Everyone enjoys it and the fast and friendly drive thru experience keeps me coming back.
